Handfuls of dirt and skinned knees...

Addison had a busy weekend. She started out Friday night at the FBBA football game eating her first handful of dirt and gravel! She worked on a rock from the gravel for quite some time before swallowing it. (I tried, but I never could get it out of her mouth!) Then on Saturday and Sunday it was our neighborhood's community garage sale. Kacey and I cleaned out our garage and set up shop in the driveway. Addison loved that Mama Gale and Papa Jody were there when she woke up, that new people were around all morning so she could wave to them, and that she could play outside. On Sunday afternoon she got her first scraped knee. I know it's not exactly big news, but it seemed to go along with eating dirt.
