Santa Came to Preschool

Thursday Addison's preschool had a Christmas program where all the two year olds sang 2 songs for the parents and grandparents. Since I'm a 2 year old teacher, I was on stage with her during the performance. Leading up to their songs Addison did great, but she spotted Daddy in the balcony and decided she'd rather be with him. When it came time for the two year olds to sing their songs, Addison refused to stand up, and sat in her teacher's lap instead. I think she had her mind on what was to come after the songs...Santa! After the program, Santa (also known as our neighbor from down the street) came to each room to bring the kids a present (left by Mom and Dad) and let them sit on his lap. Addison loved it!
