Christmas Day!

Christmas morning we woke up later than usual - almost 9:00! Addison had had a rough night, so we were all a little tired. We had the traditional Christmas breakfast of cherry turnovers, then opened presents. Addison got so many great presents from all of her family! She got a lawnmower, baby doll, legos, riding moose, puzzles, LOTS of books, drums, a stuffed moose, alligator, and dinosaurs, markers, and clothes! Everyone in our family was so generous to her. On Christmas morning her favorite toys were the baby doll and lawnmower. She walked around mowing the living room carpet while holding her baby by the neck. It was quite a sight!

After a delicious Christmas dinner we headed to the park to enjoy the beautiful weather. In the slideshow below is a picture of Bear, Addison's favorite dog to boss around. She is constantly shaking her finger at him telling him "No, no, no!" and "Sit!" He really is a saint around her. I've mentioned before how she likes to get in his kennel. Well, this trip she was in the kennel with him, and he just lays there and lets her crawl all over him.

We had such a wonderful Christmas this year! We enjoyed spending time with our family and shared in the excitement of adding a new member to the family in May (see post below about Jed and Katie's big news). We just wish we could've seen our Georgia family too. They'll be coming to visit us soon though, we hope!
