1...2...5

Addison has very strong opinions for a 21 month old. We've been working on teaching her to count for some time now. She knows 1 and 2, but is very adamant that 5 is the next number, and has no interest in adding 3 or 4. You can try to tell her that it's 1-2-3, but she will quickly correct you and say "No, 1-2-5." Yesterday, as we were going back and forth about what comes after 2, I had to laugh thinking about her starting preschool next year, correcting her teacher by saying, "No, 1-2-5!" when she tries to teach her to count. She's a hard-headed little thing...I wonder who she got that from!? :)

Here's some of our lunchtime conversation today...(Oh, and in case you watch this and are wondering who Paco is...we are too. A few weeks ago she started saying "Paco" all the time. We have our theories about what it means, but we can't be 100% sure.)

Maybe it's a family thing because Cassidy says 1..2..6..8.
