2nd Birthday Party

On Saturday we had Addison's birthday party at Aunt Terri and Uncle Steve's house. We are so thankful to them for letting us use what we call the Resort for her party. I'm pretty sure everyone had a great time swimming, hot tubbing, eating, and just spending time together. I know Addison had a great time swimming with Daddy, playing with Cassidy and Ruth, opening presents, and eating cake.

After dinner Cassidy decided she needed to get back in the water, so she stripped right down to her birthday suit and got in. Addison wanted to join her, so we stripped her down too. (Luckily she hasn't figured out how to strip down yet.) Aunt Terri was the brave one who got in the pool with the two girls. Unfortunately their time was cut short by the birthday girl who isn't potty trained yet. Oops!

Addison got tons of great presents and has had a great time playing with each of them since her party. The big hit that night was the pink boots Gigi and Grandaddy sent. This girl LOVES shoes! She immediately asked to put them on and kept them on most of the night. The only time she took them off was to try on other shoes that she found laying around.

Could this be the new fashion trend - tutu and boots?
